Training programs

You have options to choose from programs build on different training splits like a full body split for example and many others. Basend on how many days per week you can go, some splits will fit better than others, so choose wisely. On top of that you will also have the option to get a program that targets a specific muscle group if you want to work on weak points in your physique for example back or chest. 

Warm up routines

Every good training regime should include a warm up routine. This has many advantages. Not only will it help injury prevention by warming up the muscles, tendons and ligaments, but it also improves mind-muscle-connection during exercises. With a proper warm up you will also be able to lift more weight and cause more hypertrophy stimulus, so don’t miss out on it if you aren’t already.

Cardio workouts

It doesn’t matter if you only want to do weights and get stronger or lose weight and become lean. Cardio should always be implemented into your training program for various known reasons. Most obvious are the health benefits ofcourse but if done right, doing cardio can also enhance your recovery capacity and therefore further boost your strengh training so dont skip your cardio sessions! Get some inspiration from my self built cardio workouts, designed to maximize the amount of calories burnt with cardio sessions up to a length of 45 minutes.

Free weekly training session

This is meant to keep your motivation high for days you are not looking forward to go to the gym. Maybe you exhausted, or maybe bored of the program? No problem, on top of my program which is built to maximize your results with the right programing, i will upload free exemplary workout sessions that i also do if you need something different for a change to be motivated to go to the gym again.

1 on 1 online coaching

To make sure that you follow the program but also to help you to implement the program properly to maximize it’s effectiveness and results for your special needs. This will happen via weekly check in’s. You will also be able to contact me anytime with any question regarding training, nutrition and for example exercise execution and expect a response within 8 hours (accounting for different time zones). We will also have atleast one monthly call (depends on the number of clients) where you can ask anything you want and we try to workout a solution for it.

Guide on how to set up a program for hypertrophy

WIth the training program alone you can get most gains, assuming that you know how to manage progression. If you dont have that knowledge or just want to get the most out of your time in the gym, it is highly recommended to get the guide for hypertrophy along side the training program of choice. That way you will have the full package and know exactly how to build your training program for strength and hypertrophy and how to handle stagnation or poor recovery.
