Who am i ?

Hey there, you probably know me from an instagram reel that you saw on my account or maybe you just got on my page randomly. What ever the reason was, i am glad that you made here. My name is Mahmud Assaf, i was born and raised in Lower Saxony, Germany. As you most likely already know i am a person that really loves to go to the gym and achieve the best physical condition possible. And i am going to guess that you are such a person aswell. After several years of training (decade of experience) and studying exercise science in my free time, i have finally came up with my own training program. And ofcourse as many other people in the fitness industry, i do indeed try to make a living out of it. I don’t need to get rich by any means, but being able to sustain myself while doing what i love, which is going to the gym every day for several hours but also help other people achieve their physique goals, not only in my area but worldwide, would be the best case scenario. That’s exactly what this website is dedicated for. 

Let me tell you a little bit more about me as a person and what i even do, so that we can get a bit more personal and create a trusting enviroment. I started my fitness journey back in 2015, when my personal insecurities reached their maximum and i couldnt bear my physical condition any longer without being very disappointed with myself. At this time i started doings lots of cardio and found my way to the weights rather quickly via the internet. Thats nearly 10 years ago and the rest is history. For now, I study enviromental science, did my bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Science) and now i am currently working on my master’s degree. So as you can imagine, i like to take an science based approach to things, in order to maximize results and always be up to date when it comes to exercise science. However that does not mean that i don’t push my butt to the best of my abilities, as you should do aswell when you want to see results. But we don’t have to kill ourselves every workout of the week, there are more intelligent ways to set up your training schedule, which i discuss in my training program that you can find in the shop. Everything on there will be for free, except the 1 on 1 online coaching.
